Requirements for trading derivatives

No derivative or other financial product may be linked to any IPD Data for the purpose of determining the product's capital value, income yield or any other material outcome without acquiring a licence from IPD specifically for that product. The licence will be based upon a standard IPD template and will detail precisely what data will be used, for what commercial or other purpose, and on what commercial terms.
