The Asian Public Real Estate Association (APREA) has endorsed IPD as the best route for creating the Indices that will promote market transparency and efficiency in the region. It has also encouraged its members to work with IPD.

IPD also works with The Asian Association for Investors in Non-listed Real Estate Vehicles (ANREV).
