What is the recruitment process?
This process varies, depending on the role in question (for example for some job roles you may be required to undertake tests while others will just be interview-based).


How do I apply for a job at IPD?

How soon after I apply will I get a response?

All applications are acknowledged within two weeks of receipt.
If you are selected for an interview you will be contacted as soon as possible (the response time may vary from job to job).


If I have applied for a job at IPD in the past, can I apply again?

Yes, we encourage you to re-apply.


How long are applications held on file?

We hold applications on file for six months. In accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, no information will be disclosed to external parties.


Would there be opportunities to work in overseas offices?
We sometimes have vacancies in our international offices and there are also secondment opportunities in certain areas of the business.


Will there be training and development opportunities?

IPD supports your development throughout your employment with us.
