This one-day course focuses on the investment process - from how to develop a strategy based on your risk/return objectives to determining your asset allocation. The course will take you through creating the optimal portfolio, selecting and managing the stocks and reviewing the performance that results. Particular emphasis will be placed on the role of uncertainty in the property investment process – how this can be measured under the heading of ‘risk’, and how risk can ultimately be managed.
