To mark the 20th anniversary of the IPD UK Conference, this year’s event will be taking a long term perspective on the state of the UK property investment market. We will be asking how the world of property investment will be changing over the next ten years - in terms of the investment strategies that will work, the property holding structures that will prevail, and the wider world context in which property investment will be taking place. This year’s event will also be highlighting three of the most significant pieces of new property investment research being undertaken by the IPF (Investment Property Forum).
