IPD and Farebrother Chartered Surveyors would like to invite you to attend the morning launch of the Midtown Report, taking place at the offices of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer on 11 May 2010.
For the first time, IPD has segregated London Midtown assets from London's City & West End markets in a key new report. The results are revealing and redefine Central London investment markets.
The Report, sponsored by Farebrother, summarising performance across 170 London Midtown assets worth £2.4bn, will be presented and made available at this breakfast, which will also include an up-to-the-minute review of London Midtown's letting market and timely comment from existing London Midtown investors.
Registration will take place at 08:00 with welcome refreshments, the launch will begin at 08:30 and finish at 10:00, followed by the opportunity to discuss the results over a cup of coffee.
