The IPD European Property Investment Awards took place at the IPD European Property Investment Conference, held at the Okura hotel in Amsterdam, on the 27th May 2010. The awards are determined by IPD for fund performance for the year 2009 and recognise demonstrated investment performance by pension and life funds, pooled funds, and property investment companies across 9 European countries.
