IPD UK 2010 Residential Index Launch

As well as a headline and regional overview of Residential market performance in 2010, IPD will be marking the landmark 10th anniversary of the index with a comparative analysis of the performance of UK residential against commercial property and other asset classes over the past decade. The strengths of UK Residential as an investment will be examined by drilling into income performance, risk and rental value growth allowing an objective comparison with commercial and other asset classes.
The audience will then hear from Trevor Moross, MD of Dorrington plc on his opinions of the results, their importance for the investor and his views on the market. Finally an expert panel comprising of Alan Collett, Alan Patterson and Neil Young will discuss the significance of the 10 year findings for the potential institutional investors who currently focus on commercial, whilst shedding further light on the practicalities of effective residential asset management and investment.
