The 2011 European Residential Conference aims to provide insight on investing and managing residential properties. The conference will provide answers to important questions such as:
• How can a commercial portfolio benefit residential exposure?
• Where and how does a specialised investor expect to develop opportunities?
• To what extent does inflation and deflation affect long-term returns?
• What are the risks and how best to manage them?
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with international experts to discuss their market perspectives. The latest residential market figures for Germany, Switzerland, Austria, France, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom will be discussed and all attendees will have an opportunity to visit ‘The Squaire’, one of Europe’s most talked about business and conference centres.
