IPD Index Launch - Tuesday 17th April 2012 - 9:00 am to 11:30 am - Hotel Conrad, Brussels
The IPD Belgium 2011 annual benchmark launch will review the full Annual Universe of funds participating in the IPD service and initiate the debate on the ranges of fund returns and drivers of portfolio performance in 2011. This event will be the firts opportunity for investors to see and discuss the main IPD benchmark results and to explore with us the drivers of portfolio performance in 2011. The annual launch will be followed by a cocktail hour.

IPD has been working in Belgium since 2005. Our first index (consultative release) was published in 2006. Run from our office in Paris, we provide the core IPD Portfolio Analysis Service. Other IPD services will be available soon.
The total value of the properties covered by the IPD Belgian databank in 2010 was €7.7 billion, representing about 20% of the value of the holdings of the financial institutions and quoted property companies. We analyse 28 portfolios from 22 international and local investors with mostly Office properties (68%), but also Retail (18%) and Logistics (6%).
