Our team offers all the core IPD services, including our Portfolio Analysis Service, specialist benchmarking and bespoke research and publications.

The total value of the PCA/IPD Australian Property index is A$130billion (as at March 2012) covering 1700 investments. The index dates back to 1984 and is the most comprehensive database on investment grade real estate in the country.
