As a real estate investor it is imperative to understand the risk profile of your fund. The IPD RiskWeb identifies where your risk lies and how it compares with you benchmark.

IPD has revisited its RiskWeb service and taken a broader approach to risk, by moving its assessment from the portfolio to the fund level. The RiskWeb dashboard analyses two layers of risk:

At portfolio level the RiskWeb measures where your strengths and weaknesses are:

• Ten indicators of absolute risk, covering both the income and capital sides
• Presented in the context of the market or your benchmark

At fund level, the debt profile is added to give a complete picture of the risk - these indicators are wrapped into a single risk score.
