IPD’s national indices are supported by consultative groups which advise on the establishment and maintenance of rules and procedures governing the indices. This way, index users can be sure that best practice is used and that their views are represented. Therefore, the membership of the various groups is intended to be broadly representative of the users of IPD’s indices and of its investment measurement services. In the UK, the current members are:
