In 2000 IPD established a property index and the Portfolio Analysis Service (PAS) for real estate investors in Denmark together with Ejendomsforeningen Danmark (Danish Property Federation). PAS enables real estate investors to track relative performance, identify strengths and weaknesses and evaluate investment strategies.

The IPD Denmark Annual Property Index covered more than a 1,000 properties with a market value exceeding 100bn DKK at the end of 2010. The Index measures returns on direct property and is released annually.
