In July 2001 we joined forces with Imométrica in Portugal to set up a Portfolio Analysis and Benchmarking Service, aimed at increasing market knowledge and transparency for both national and international investors. The service, which is run from our office in Paris, also offers Market Information publications e.g. the Portuguese Property Digest.
The Imométrica / IPD Portugal Annual Property Index is based on a sample of 1,012 properties covering €9.8bn at the end of December 2010. Read more in our presentation (Portuguese)
